Arsenal agrees to loan Campbell to Villarreal

London, England (SportsNetwork.com) - Arsenal revealed Tuesday that the club will send striker Joel Campbell to La Liga side Villarreal on loan for the remainder of the season.

Villarreal is the fourth club Campbell has been loaned to since 2011. The 22- year-old previously represented Ligue 1 side Lorient, Spanish outfit Real Betis and Greek club Olympiakos.

Campbell has made just 10 total appearances for Arsenal but has failed to find the back of the net in a competitive fixture.
