Swansea, Wales (SportsNetwork.com) - Swansea City will spend the next four weeks without winger Wayne Routledge because of a calf problem.

Routledge sustained the injury in his team's 5-0 defeat to Chelsea over the weekend and had to be substituted before halftime.

The 30-year-old has started 19 of Swansea's 22 games in the Premier League this term, scoring three goals with one assist to help the Swans to a place in the top half of the table.

Manager Garry Monk did get some better news on the injury front regarding both Jefferson Montero and Leon Britton, who could return to action for this weekend's fourth-round FA Cup match with Blackburn.

Swansea returns to league action on Sunday, Feb. 1 at Southampton with the team sitting nine points out of a European spot.
