Cincinnati, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton has been named to the Pro Bowl as an injury replacement for Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers.

Rodgers was slowed by a calf injury late in the season and during the playoffs.

Dalton will play in the NFL's All-Star Game for the second time. He made it at the conclusion of the 2011 season.

The 27-year-old Dalton threw for 3,398 yards, 19 touchdowns and 17 interceptions this season. He led the Bengals to a fourth straight playoff appearance and a third straight season with double-digit victories.

Dalton was a seventh alternate in Pro Bowl voting in December.

The Bengals will have four representatives at the Pro Bowl on Jan. 25 in Arizona. Wide receiver A.J. Green and punter Kevin Huber were voted into the game directly, while defensive tackle Geno Atkins was also added as an alternate.
