Tampa, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Radko Gudas had arthroscopic knee surgery on Tuesday, and is expected to miss the next four months.

Gudas had missed the last three games with a right knee injury. This latest setback is unrelated to the lower-body injury that kept him out of four games earlier this season.

The 6-foot-4, 204-pound 24-year-old has two goals and three assists in 31 games this season to help the Bolts stay in the race for the Atlantic Division title.
