EDMONTON, Alberta – Marian Hossa had a goal and three assists, and Jonathan Toews scored twice as the Chicago Blackhawks beat the Edmonton Oilers 7-1 Saturday night.
Marcus Kruger, Kris Versteeg, Duncan Keith and Patrick Kane also scored for the Blackhawks (12-7-1), who have won three straight and five of six.
David Perron scored for the Oilers (6-13-2), losers of six in a row overall and seven straight at home. Edmonton has yet to win a game against Western Conference opponents, dropping to 0-10-1.
The Blackhawks took control with goals on their first two shots.
