The pressure is on Bjoern Werner this season, and he's planning to take it out on opposing quarterbacks.

Werner, the Colts' first-round pick in 2013, is getting the first chance to replace Robert Mathis.

The NFL's reigning sacks king will miss the first four games for using a performance-enhancing substance that Mathis says was for fertility treatment.

Werner made only one start in an injury-marred rookie season. He has been lining up with the starters during the first two days of training camp, something coach Chuck Pagano says will continue.

Pagano also says Indy must get creative with its blitz packages until Mathis returns.
