Davie, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Miami Dolphins center Mike Pouncey and running back Knowshon Moreno will start training camp on the physically unable to perform list.
Dolphins general manager Dennis Hickey confirmed the moves Friday morning before the start of camp.
Pouncey had surgery in June after reportedly suffering a torn hip labrum during OTAs and could be sidelined for three months. Moreno, who joined the Dolphins in the offseason, underwent an arthroscopic procedure on his left knee last month.
Players can be activated off the PUP list at any time during training camp or the preseason. If a player is on the PUP list to start the regular season, he must miss the first six weeks.
