Published February 05, 2015

Associated Press

The U.S. women's soccer team will host France in a pair of exhibition games next month.

The U.S. Soccer Federation said Monday that the teams will play June 14 at Tampa, Florida, and five days later at East Hartford, Connecticut.

In a match announced previously, the Americans play Canada this Thursday at Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The U.S. team is being run by interim coach Jill Ellis, who took over April 6 when Tom Sermanni was fired after 16 months. The Americans are preparing for North and Central American and Caribbean World Cup qualifying, which takes place from Oct. 16-26 at Cancun and Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
