Turin, Italy (SportsNetwork.com) - Juventus can clinch its third straight Serie A title on Monday with a home victory over 11th-place Atalanta.

The Old Lady enters the weekend eight points clear of second-place Roma with three games remaining, and Antonio Conte's men can bring an end to the title chase this weekend with a win or if Roma fails to beat last-place Catania on Sunday.

Juventus has won 11 of its last 12 games in Serie A and brings a four-game winning streak in league play into Monday's match, with the club having yielded just one goal in that four-game stretch.

However, things have not gone all Juve's way of late with the club having been bounced from the Europa League semifinals by Benfica on Thursday following a 0-0 second-leg draw, giving the Portuguese outfit a 2-1 aggregate victory.

Napoli can clinch third place and the final Champions League spot with a win over Cagliari on Tuesday, while Fiorentina can take another step toward locking up a Europa League place with three points against relegation-battling Sassuolo.

Another edition of the Milan derby takes place on Sunday at the San Siro with both Inter and AC Milan outside the top four.

The Rossoneri had won five straight games before losing 2-0 to Roma last time out, while Inter is in the midst of a six-match unbeaten streak as the club attempts to qualify for the Europa League.

Livorno sits three points from safety in the relegation battle and travels to Udinese, Torino and Chievo square off in Verona with Chievo sitting two points clear of the drop zone, Parma tangles with Sampdoria and Hellas Verona hits the road to face Lazio.
