Udine, Italy (SportsNetwork.com) - Juventus will enter the final stretch of its title pursuit on Monday when the club heads to the Stadio Friuli to take on Udinese.

The Old Lady are well-positioned to take home a 30th Serie A title as the club enters the round with an eight-point lead over second-place Roma.

Juventus needs a minimum of 11 points from its last six games to clinch the title, assuming Roma stays perfect the rest of the way.

That push begins Monday against a Udinese side that has taken seven points from its last four league outings.

Juventus was coasting into the final week of March, winning 20 of its previous 22 Serie A matches. A 2-0 loss at Napoli on March 30 saw the title race tighten up a bit, but Juve managed to bounce back with a 2-0 win over Livorno on Monday thanks to Fernando Llorente's brace.

Roma enters the weekend in fine form, winning its last six Serie A matches to keep the pressure on Juventus. Rudi Garcia's side will hope to keep that run going when it welcomes Atalanta to the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday.

Napoli has two of its last four league matches, but the club is still well- positioned to secure third place in the Italian top flight. Entering the weekend 12 points back of second-place Roma and nine points ahead of fourth- place Fiorentina, Napoli has some breathing room for its match against Lazio at the Stadio San Paolo on Sunday.

Lowly Catania has lost seven of its last eight league matches to remain rooted to the bottom of the top flight. Things will not get any easier for the club as it heads to the San Siro on Sunday to face an AC Milan side that has won three straight.

Also on Sunday, Inter Milan will travel to the Stadio Luigi Ferraris to face Sampdoria, Bologna will attempt to pull further away from the relegation zone with a positive result against Parma, Hellas Verona will go for a third straight win when it hosts Fiorentina, Chievo will look to avoid a third straight loss when it travels to Livorno and Genoa squares off against Torino at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino.

Saturday's final Serie A fixture will see Cagliari take on second-from-bottom Sassuolo at the Stadio Citta del Tricolore.
