El Segundo, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Los Angeles Lakers center Pau Gasol has been diagnosed with vertigo after being forced to leave Sunday's game against Orlando with dizziness.

Gasol did not return for the second half of the Lakers' 103-94 win over the Magic and spent the night in a Los Angeles-area hospital. Though an MRI performed on his head came back normal, the four-time All-Star is considered doubtful for Tuesday's matchup with the New York Knicks.

The 33-year-old previously missed the Lakers' final seven contests prior to the All-Star break while dealing with a groin strain.

Gasol leads the Lakers in both scoring and rebounding this season, having averaged 17.5 points and 9.8 boards over 59 overall games.
