Sixers get Mullens from Clippers

Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Philadelphia 76ers acquired center Byron Mullens from the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday.

Along with Mullens, Philadelphia received a second-round pick in 2018, while sending a protected second-round pick in 2014 to Los Angeles.

Originally the 24th overall pick of the 2009 draft by Dallas, Mullens has averaged 2.5 points and 1.2 rebounds in just over six minutes per game in 27 contests this season with Los Angeles.
