Milwaukee, WI (SportsNetwork.com) - The Milwaukee Brewers have signed infielder Mark Reynolds to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.

Reynolds started last season in Cleveland, but batted just .215 with 15 home runs, 48 RBI and a whopping 123 strikeouts in 99 games before being released on Aug. 12.

Three days later, the 30-year-old Reynolds signed with the Yankees. He batted .236 with six homers and 19 RBI over 36 games for New York.

Over seven seasons in the majors, Reynolds owns a career .233 average with 202 homers, 568 RBI and 1,276 strikeouts in 988 games with Arizona, Baltimore, Cleveland and New York.
