Montbeliard, France (SportsNetwork.com) - Marseille striker Jordan Ayew has agreed to join Sochaux on a six-month loan deal, it was announced Thursday.
Ayew has scored just once in 16 appearances with Marseille this season, forcing the 22-year-old to settle for a place on the bench at the Stade Velodrome.
The Ghana international will hope that the change of scenery kick-starts his form in front of net while helping struggling Sochaux climb out of the relegation zone.
