New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Connecticut is still a unanimous pick as the top women's college basketball team, according to the latest Associated Press poll.

The Huskies received all 36 first-place votes and 900 points from a nationwide media panel.

Notre Dame, Duke, Stanford, Louisville, Maryland and Baylor all held their respective places among the top seven. South Carolina moved up two spots to eighth, while North Carolina vaulted four places to ninth and Kentucky dipped one spot to round out the top 10.

The second 10 consists of Oklahoma State, Tennessee, Iowa State, LSU, California, Penn State, Florida State, Nebraska, Arizona State and North Carolina State. Tennessee tumbled four spots from eighth after a loss at Vanderbilt on Sunday.

Colorado, Purdue, Rutgers, Vanderbilt and Texas A&M are the last five teams ranked. Rutgers, Vanderbilt and Texas A&M are this week's newcomers, replacing Indiana, San Diego and Georgia.
