Cleveland, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Miami Heat forward Shane Battier is not expected to play in Wednesday night's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers due to illness, while teammate Mario Chalmers is a game-time decision with a hip flexor injury.

The Heat announced the both via their Twitter feed.

Battier didn't participate in the morning shootaround. He is averaging 4.8 points in 14 games this season.

"It feels pretty good," said Chalmers of his injury, the Heat posted on Twitter. "It feels good going through shootaround and being back on the court with my teammates."

Chalmers missed Monday's win against Phoenix. He is averaging 9.8 points and 4.9 assists in 12 games this season.
