Green Bay, WI – Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers left Monday's game against the division-rival Chicago Bears after suffering an injury to his non-throwing shoulder in the first quarter.
Rodgers was sacked by Shea McClellin on third down deep in Bears territory on the game's opening possession. He jogged to the locker room shortly thereafter, and did not return to the sideline until the third quarter.
At that point, the three-time Pro Bowler was in street clothes and cheering on Seneca Wallace, who threw for just 114 yards with an interception on 11-of-19 passing.
The Packers wound up losing, 27-20, creating a tie atop the NFC North between Green Bay, Chicago and Detroit.
Packers head coach Mike McCarthy did not have an update on Rodgers after the game, saying information will be provided Tuesday after more tests are done.
