GLENDALE, Ariz. – Atlanta wide receiver Roddy White and Arizona running back Rashard Mendenhall were inactive for Sunday's game between the Falcons and Cardinals.
White missed his second game in a row with ankle and hamstring problems. He had not missed a game in his NFL career before sitting out last week's victory over Tampa Bay.
Mendenhall, like White, had not practiced all week. The Arizona running back has a lingering toe injury.
As expected, Falcons running back Steven Jackson was active. He had been out since Week 2 with a hamstring injury.
Atlanta also was without starting left tackle Sam Baker, who had been listed as questionable with a knee injury. Lamar Holmes started for Baker.
Drew Davis took Roddy White's spot, while rookie Andre Ellington started for Mendenhall.
