Cleveland, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller will play in Thursday's game against the Cleveland Browns despite an ankle sprain that limited his practice time during the week.

Spiller, who missed a portion of Sunday's 23-20 win over Baltimore due to the injury, had been listed as questionable entering the contest.

Cornerback Leodis McKelvin (hamstring) is also active after sitting out the Baltimore game. Safety Jairus Byrd, however, will miss a fifth straight outing as he continues to battle plantar fasciitis in his foot.

Kicker Dustin Hopkins (groin), cornerbacks Stephon Gilmore (wrist) and Ron Brooks (foot) and wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (hand) had been ruled out for Thursday's test earlier in the week.
