Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall left practice Thursday because of tightness in his back, while cornerback Charles Tillman was held out for the second day in a row.

Marshall was kept out of the last part of practice for precautionary reasons, the Bears said. He has 15 catches for 217 yards and two touchdowns through the season's first two games.

Tillman missed practice again with a knee injury despite Bears coach Marc Trestman saying Wednesday the cornerback should be OK to go on Thursday.

Tight end Martellus Bennett (shoulder) and guard Kyle Long (back) were full participants in Thursday's practice.
