El Segundo, CA – The Los Angeles Lakers signed guard Xavier Henry on Thursday.
The Kansas University product was drafted 12th overall by the Memphis Grizzlies in the 2010 draft. He played with the New Orleans Hornets (now Pelicans) the past two seasons.
The 6-foot-6 guard has averaged 4.5 points and 1.8 rebounds in 133 career games (18 starts).
