Boston, MA – Detroit Tigers shortstop Jose Iglesias left Wednesday's game against the Boston Red Sox with a leg injury.
Iglesias was pulled in the bottom of the fifth with what the club termed bilateral shin splints and is listed as day-to-day.
Ramon Santiago replaced Iglesias.
