Former hard-hitting safety Ronnie Lott took a self-induced hard hit on the Pac-12 Network studio show this weekend, rolling his chair off a platform and going tumbling to the floor.

Lott was OK.

Hey, at least he didn't leave his cellphone on during the telecast.
