Sprint Cup Series points leader Jimmie Johnson ended up behind the wall for the second consecutive week following an accident at Bristol Motor Speedway on Lap 358 Saturday night.

Johnson was running just inside the top 20 when he was collected in a wreck triggered by Brian Vickers making contact with David Reutimann. Johnson qualified 13th. After last weekend's engine failure at Michigan, the No. 48 team's point lead dropped to a 41-point advantage over Clint Bowyer.

Johnson was 35th in the field when the race returned to green with 134 laps remaining in the race.
