A 29-year-old man died Monday after falling from the upper deck of Atlanta's Turner Field during a game between the Braves and Philadelphia Phillies.

Early Tuesday, the Fulton County Medical Examiner's office identified the man as Ronald Homer. An autopsy was planned for Tuesday.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Homer fell over a railing and plummeted about 65 feet onto a concrete walkway outside the stadium shortly after the start of the game, which was delayed for more than 1 1/2 hours due to rain. He was immediately transported to an area hospital around 9 p.m. ET.

The fatality is the second at Turner Field, which opened in 1996 for that year's Summer Olympics. A 25-year-old man fell 150 feet to his death from the upper deck concourse behind home plate in May of 2008.
