Santa Clara, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Peyton Manning, Brock Osweiler and Zac Dysert threw one touchdown pass each and the Denver Broncos routed the San Francisco 49ers 34-0 in a preseason game on Sunday.

Denver stuffed San Francisco on two runs inside the 2-yard line in the final seconds to keep the 49ers off the scoreboard in their first game at new Levi's Stadium.

Manning played two series and threw just two incompletions on 14 passes. His 17-yard touchdown pass to tight end Julius Thomas in the back of the end zone gave the Broncos a 10-0 lead in the second quarter.

C.J. Anderson scored on a 1-yard run before halftime and led all rushers with 29 yards on nine carries.

The Broncos beat Seattle 21-16 in their preseason opener on Aug. 7 in Denver just over six months after losing to the Seahawks in the Super Bowl. Manning was sharp in that game, too, completing 10 of his 13 passes for 78 yards.

The five-time NFL MVP is now 22-of-27 for 180 yards in two preseason games.

Rookie receiver Cody Latimer, Denver's second-round draft pick, got behind two defenders down the right sideline to catch Osweiler's 33-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter, giving the Broncos a 24-0 lead.

Osweiler was 10-of-13 for 105 yards and Dysert finished 8-for-11 for 63 yards, including a 16-yard touchdown pass to Cameron Morrah in the fourth quarter for the final margin.

Matt Prater kicked a 26-yard field goal in the first quarter for Denver and rookie Mitch Ewald made a 22-yarder in the fourth.

The 49ers moved into the $1.2 billion stadium in Santa Clara from Candlestick Park in San Francisco.

Colin Kaepernick also played two series, completing five of his nine passes for the 49ers, who lost their preseason opener 23-3 to the Ravens last week. Blaine Gabbert was 8-of-14 for 40 yards and an interception and McLeod Bethel- Thompson also threw a pick.
