The Ivy League is following the big-time athletic conferences by launching its own network.

Ivy League Digital Network will be available by subscription over the Internet.

Fans will be able to watch the conference's sporting events on computers, tablets and mobile devices for a daily, monthly or yearly subscription fee. The network offers a subscription for all eight schools or just one.

Harvard athletic spokesman Tim Williamson says the new web channel will offer more camera angles, better replays and high-definition quality.
