The San Francisco 49ers signed cornerback Lowell Rose to a three-year deal on Tuesday.

Rose was originally signed by the 49ers as an undrafted free agent on May 5 and spent time with the team until being released on July 19.

Rose, a native of Los Angeles, CA, played collegiately at Tulsa where he appeared in 36 games with 29 starts. He registered 113 tackles, three interceptions and one sack. In his senior season, he tallied 56 tackles and two interceptions.
