Sacramento, CA – The Sacramento Kings have signed guard Ben McLemore.
Sacramento selected McLemore with the seventh overall pick in last month's draft.
The 6-foot-5 guard averaged 15.9 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steals in 37 appearances as a freshman for Kansas last season. He registered 11 games of 20 points or more, including three 30-point performances.
McLemore made his Summer League debut on Saturday and struggled to a 4-for-23 shooting performance.
