The Golden State Warriors have reportedly reached agreements with guard Toney Douglas and center Jermaine O'Neal.

According to the San Jose Mercury News, both deals are expected to be for one year.

O'Neal, entering his 18th season, averaged 8.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 55 games for the Phoenix Suns last season.

In 967 career games (684 starts) with Portland, Indiana, Toronto, Miami, Boston and Phoenix, O'Neal has averaged 13.4 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.8 blocks.

Douglas averaged 7.5 points and 2.1 assists in 71 contests with Houston and Sacramento last season.
