Flushing, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Friday night's contest between the Arizona Diamondbacks and New York Mets at Citi Field was postponed in the bottom of the fourth inning due to heavy rain.

Arizona's Aaron Hill hit a two-run homer in the second inning to give the Diamondbacks a 2-0 lead before rain forced a delay of over two hours in the bottom of the fourth.

The game was eventually called and will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Sunday.

New York starter Bartolo Colon served up Hill's homer, while Chase Anderson allowed just one hit and a walk in the start for Arizona.
