The St. Louis Blues agreed to terms with pending restricted free agent forward Patrik Berglund on a one-year contract Tuesday.

No financial terms were disclosed, but the Post Dispatch reported it is worth $3.25 million for next season.

The 25-year-old forward played all 48 games for the Blues last season, finishing second on the team in goals with 17, while leading the club in short-handed tallies with two. He also tied for the team-lead with three game- winning goals.

Berglund has appeared in 358 career regular season games registering 92 goals and 96 assists. In 19 career playoff games, he has totaled four goals and five assists.

The Swedish forward was taken by the Blues in the first round (25th overall) of the 2006 NHL draft.
