Ernie Els moved up six spots to No. 14 in this week's world golf rankings courtesy of his wire-to-wire victory at the BMW International Open.

The top 13 spots remained unchanged, with Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Justin Rose, Adam Scott, Matt Kuchar, Phil Mickelson, Luke Donald, Brandt Snedeker, Graeme McDowell, Louis Oosthuizen, Steve Stricker, Lee Westwood and Charl Schwartzel occupying Nos. 1 - 13.

After Els, Sergio Garcia stayed put at No. 15, while Keegan Bradley dropped two places to 16th. Bubba Watson moved up two spots to 17th and Jason Day slid a pair to 18th.

Webb Simpson moved up two places and into the top 20 at No. 19, while Ian Poulter slid from 18th to 20th. Jason Dufner dropped four places to 21st.

Ken Duke secured his first PGA Tour victory in a playoff at the Travelers Championship on Sunday and that win helped the 44-year-old jump from 144th to 70th in the world rankings.
