The Minnesota Wild re-signed forward Stephane Veilleux to a two-year, two-way contract on Wednesday.

The 31-year-old participated in two playoff games, failing to record a point, after not suiting up during the truncated regular season. In 33 games for Houston of the American Hockey League, the two-way winger picked up three goals and eight points.

He last appeared in the NHL during the 2011-12 campaign, totaling two assists in 22 games between New Jersey and Minnesota. Veilleux also tallied 11 goals and 22 points in 40 games for Albany of the AHL that year.

In 460 pro games for the Bolts, Wild and Devils, the Quebec native has recorded 46 goals and 101 points with 317 penalty minutes.
