Miami Heat forward Chris Andersen has been suspended for Game 6 of the Eastern Conference finals following his Game 5 incident with Indiana Pacers forward Tyler Hansbrough.

The incident occurred with 9:02 remaining in the second quarter of Miami's 90-79 win over the Pacers at AmericanAirlines Arena. Andersen knocked Hansbrough to the floor, escalated the altercation by shoving Hansbrough, and resisted efforts to bring the altercation to an end.

The NBA upgraded Andersen's foul to a flagrant foul two from a flagrant foul one.

Andersen is 15-for-15 from the field in the series.

The Heat hold a 3-2 series lead heading into Game 6 on Saturday at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
