The Seattle Seahawks have signed fullback Spencer Ware to a multi-year contract, leaving the team with just three unsigned draft picks.

Seattle announced the signing of its sixth-round pick on Thursday. Terms of Ware's deal were not announced.

Ware is being moved from running back, his position at LSU, to fullback. He received praise from coach Pete Carroll during last weekend's rookie minicamp for his versatility as a runner.

Ware's signing leaves just running back Christine Michael (second round), cornerback Tharold Simon (fifth round) and offensive tackle Michael Bowie (seventh round) as Seattle's unsigned draft picks.
