Seattle, WA – Seattle, WA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Seattle Mariners activated outfielder Michael Saunders from the 15-day disabled list on Monday.
He had been out since July 10 after suffering a strained left oblique, then developed a viral infection on Aug. 19 while on a rehab assignment with Triple-A Tacoma.
The 27-year-old was hitting .276 on the season with six home runs and 28 RBI in 65 games prior to the DL stint.
