Ander Herrera scored at the death to see Athletic Bilbao earn a point in a 2-2 draw with Barcelona at San Mames on Saturday.

The home side managed to take the lead through Market Susaeta's strike in the 27th minute.

Bilbao remained in front until the second half when a pair of Barcelona goals in quick succession saw the visitors get their noses in front.

Lionel Messi nabbed his league-leading 43rd goal of the season with the equalizer in the 67th minute while Alexis Sanchez produced the go-ahead goal just two minutes later.

It looked as if Barcelona would ride on to collect all three points, but Herrera struck in the 90th minute to earn his side a share of the spoils.

Athletic Bilbao improves to 37 points on the season, securing its second consecutive draw in the process.

Barcelona remains top of the table on 85 points, but its lead above Real Madrid has dwindle to 11 points with six matches to go.

Real Madrid 2, Atletico Madrid 1

Madrid, Spain - Angel Di Maria helped Real Madrid secure a victory in the fabled Madrid derby as the Argentine's game-winning strike saw his side claim a 2-1 win over Atletico Madrid at the Vicente Calderon on Saturday.

The match started brightly for Atletico as Radamel Falcao got the home side off the mark in just the fourth minute of play, but it was canceled out nine minutes later by an own goal from Francisco Juanfran.

Di Maria ultimately played the role of the hero, scoring in the 63rd minute to lead Real Madrid a fourth consecutive league win and send the club to 74 points on the season.

Atletico remains in third place in Spain's top flight, sitting six points back of its bitter city rival.

Real Zaragoza 3, Mallorca 2

Helder Postiga put the home side in front with a goal at the hour mark while Javier Arizmendi's tying goal eight minutes from time appeared to be enough to hand Mallorca a point, but Ruben Rochina produced the game-winner two minutes from time to see Real Zaragoza snap a three-game slide and improve to 30 points on the season.

Zaragoza remains in the relegation zone on goal difference, sitting two points ahead of last-place Mallorca.
