The Jacksonville Jaguars have taken the latest step in the franchise's makeover, unveiling new uniforms and a two-tone helmet that's sure to elicit positive and negative responses.

Billionaire owner Shad Khan, coach Gus Bradley and six starters were on hand for the reveal Tuesday.

Khan says the new uniform design, called NFL Nike Elite 51, represents the Jaguars perfectly: "We're young, we're contemporary and it looks to the future."

It's also the latest change Khan has made since taking over the Jaguars in January 2012. He revamped the locker room and the training room, made plans to install massive video boards inside the stadium, hired a new general manager and a new head coach, and unveiled a new logo.

The black and gold helmets, though, are sure to get mixed reviews.
