Suzann Pettersen was a playoff winner in Hawaii on Saturday and that helped her inch up one spot to No. 5 in this week's women's world rankings.

Pettersen, who won for the 11th time on the LPGA Tour, has been ranked in the top 10 in the rankings for over 300 consecutive weeks.

The top two positions remained the same with Inbee Park followed by Stacy Lewis, who dropped from 0.04 average points behind Park to 0.34 average points behind.

Na Yeon Choi and Yani Tseng exchanged place with Choi up to third. Pettersen's moved up to fifth bumped So Yeon Ryu down a notch to sixth.

Jiyai Shin held steady in seventh and was again followed by Shanshan Feng, Ai Miyazato, Karrie Webb and Paula Creamer. Catriona Matthew inched up a spot to 12th and that pushed Cristie Kerr down to 13.

Mika Miyazato was 14th again and trailed by I.K. Kim, Azahara Munoz, Amy Yang, Angela Stanford, Mi-Jeong Jeon and Sun Ju Ahn.

Amateur Lydia Ko has climbed to 21st and she was followed by Lizette Salas, who jumped 15 places after losing to Pettersen in the Hawaii playoff.
