Thomas Dimitroff relishes his reputation as someone who's willing to make a deal on draft day.

Look for the Atlanta Falcons general manager to be working the phones feverishly this week.

The Falcons have the 30th overall selection plus plenty of extra picks in the later rounds. That should give Dimitroff an opportunity to pull off a trade or two for the defending NFC South champs during the three-day draft, which begins Thursday.

Dimitroff concedes there aren't a lot of flashy players in this draft, but says there's plenty of depth. The Falcons will surely have their eyes on a cornerback after cutting Dunta Robinson and losing Brent Grimes and Christopher Owens in free agency. Also, they will probably be in the market for a tight end and defensive linemen.
