The result moves PSG nine points clear of second-place Marseille with five matches left, while Nice moves no closer to clinching a place in Europe for next season.
PSG got off to a quick start and went in front after 10 minutes through Jeremy Menez, who was left with a simple finish after a flick from Javier Pastore.
Nice goalkeeper David Ospina kept his team within a goal at halftime, but he was sent off in the 65th minute for bringing down PSG's Ezequiel Lavezzi inside the penalty area.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic stepped to the spot and fired home his league-leading 27th goal of the campaign, with Clement Chantome scoring an insurance tally a few minutes from the final whistle.
