Monday's series opener between the New York Mets and Colorado Rockies at Coors Field was postponed due to inclement weather.

Temperatures were predicted to be in the low 30s for the scheduled first pitch at 8:40 (et), with snow expected.

The Mets also had their scheduled game at Minnesota postponed on Sunday due to similar type of inclement weather conditions.

A split doubleheader will take place Tuesday, with Game 1 at 3:10 and Game 2 at 8:40 (et).
