Philadelphia, PA – PGA TOUR - RBC HERITAGE, Harbour Town Golf Links, Hilton Head, South Carolina - A week after the season's first major, the PGA Tour makes the short trip from Augusta National to Harbour Town for the RBC Heritage.
Last year, Carl Pettersson carded a 2-under 69 in the final round and cruised to a 5-stroke victory at the Heritage. Pettersson finished his fifth PGA Tour title at 14-under-par 270.
The Swede's lead was briefly down to three strokes with three holes to go, but no one could mount a charge. Zach Johnson finished alone in second place at minus-9 after a closing 70. Colt Knost struggled to a 3-over 74 to slide into third place at 8-under-par 276.
Luke Donald tied for 37th and lost his World No. 1 ranking to Rory McIlroy as a result.
Last week's Masters winner Adam Scott will not be in the field, but 12 other major winners will tee it up at Harbour Town, including Graeme McDowell, Webb Simpson, Ernie Els and Martin Kaymer. Pettersson will also be on hand to defend his title.
Golf Channel has coverage the first two days and early on the weekend before handing off to CBS for Saturday's and Sunday's afternoon coverage.
The PGA Tour heads to Louisiana next week for the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, which Jason Dufner won in a playoff over Els last year.
EUROPEAN TOUR
OPEN DE ESPANA, Parador de El Saler, Valencia, Spain - The European Tour is in Spain this week for 87th edition of the Open de Espana.
Last year, Francesco Molinari fired a bogey-free, 7-under 65 on the final day to roar from behind and win by three strokes at Real Club de Golf de Sevilla. The Italian finished at 8-under 280 and picked up his third European Tour win.
Alejandro Canizares (69), Soren Kjeldsen (71) and Pablo Larrazabal (71) shared second place at 5-under 283. Canizares and Larrazabal were the low Spaniards at their very meaningful national Open, which took place one year to the week after golf legend, and the face of Spanish golf, Seve Ballesteros passed away.
Sergio Garcia, coming off a tie for eighth at the 77th Masters, highlights this year's field. The 10-time European Tour victor, who held a share of the first-round lead at Augusta National, became the youngest winner of this event -- since it joined The European Tour in 1972 -- when he captured the title at 22 years and 109 days of age in 2002.
A number of Garcia's compatriots are in the field, including victorious European Ryder Cup Captain Jose Maria Olazabal and Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano, who tied for 20th last week at Augusta National.

Next week the European Tour heads to South Korea for the Ballantine's Championship, which Bernd Wiesberger won last year for his maiden victory on the tour.
LPGA TOUR
LPGA LOTTE CHAMPIONSHIP, Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii - The LPGA Tour heads to the Aloha State this week for the LPGA LOTTE Championship, which will take place from Wednesday to Saturday.
Last year, Ai Miyazato birdied three of the last six holes in the final round to pull away and win the inaugural version of the event.
Miyazato closed with her second straight 2-under 70 to finish at 12-under-par 276. The win was her eighth on the LPGA Tour.
Meena Lee and Azahara Munoz could not keep pace down the stretch. Lee also shot 70, while Munoz closed with a 71. They shared second place at minus-8 at Ko Olina Golf Club. So Yeon Ryu (71) and Cristie Kerr (72) tied for fourth at 7-under-par 281. Suzann Pettersen ended alone in sixth at minus-6 after a final-round 69.
Miyazato will return to defend her title, while newly ranked World No. 1 Inbee Park, who recently captured her second major win at the Kraft Nabisco Championship, will also be on hand. Stacy Lewis, who was supplanted by Park in the world rankings, is in the field as well.
The Golf Channel will carry all four rounds.
The LPGA Tour heads to the Lone Star State next week for the inaugural North Texas LPGA Shootout.
CHAMPIONS TOUR
GREATER GWINNETT CHAMPIONSHIP, Duluth, Georgia - The Champions Tour returns this week after almost a month layoff for the maiden Greater Gwinnett Championship.
The inaugural event will be held at TPC Sugarloaf, a Greg Norman-designed course and former host of the PGA Tour's AT&T Classic.
Bernhard Langer, who is coming off a tie for 25th at the Masters, is in the field, as is Champions Tour rookie Duffy Waldorf, who shares the TPC Sugarloaf course record of 63 with Tiger Woods, Ben Crane and Phil Mickelson.
Golf Channel will cover all four rounds.
Next week the Champions Tour is in Georgia for the Legends of Golf, which Michael Allen and David Frost won by a single stroke over the team of John Cook and Joey Sindelar last year.
