The Green Bay Packers signed tight end Matthew Mulligan on Tuesday.
Mulligan, 28, started nine of 16 games with the Rams last season. He posted eight receptions for 84 yards and one touchdown.
Prior to joining the Rams, the Maine product played three seasons with the Jets, where he had six catches for 60 yards in 34 games.
