The New York Jets signed safety Dawan Landry on Tuesday.

Landry, who played the past two seasons with the Jaguars, recorded 100 tackles and one interception in 16 games last season. He spent five seasons with the Ravens before joining Jacksonville as an unrestricted free agent in 2011.

The 30-year-old will be reunited with Jets head coach Rex Ryan, who was Baltimore's defensive coordinator from 2005-08.

Landry has 559 tackles, 5 1/2 sacks, 12 interceptions and three forced fumbles in 98 career games.

The Jets had Landry's brother, LaRon, last year, but he left as a free agent and signed with the Colts.
