Nicolas Colsaerts, known as the "Belgian Bomber," tapped into some master's-level knowledge about Augusta National from six-time Masters champion Jack Nicklaus.

The 30-year-old Colsaerts is soaking in everything he can on his first trip to the Masters. He felt like he knew the place intimately after sitting across from Nicklaus last week in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Colsaerts says the two talked for about an hour, going over pin placements, successful strategies and even shots not to hit in specific situations.

Colsaerts blogged about the meeting last week and called it one of the "highlights of my humble golf-life experience."

He hopes to add to his growing list of standout showings this week. The Masters begins Thursday.
