Marco Andretti wants to clear up one misperception.

The 26-year-old IndyCar driver says racing for father and former racing great Michael Andretti doesn't mean he has the job security to remain content with winning every so often. Andretti said Friday that he wants people to know he is "not going home satisfied."

Andretti opened 2013 with a third-place finish at St. Petersburg. He's hoping to sustain that success Sunday in the Indy Grand Prix in Alabama.

Andretti worked with driver coach Rob Wilson in London during an offseason spent trying to diagnose what's been keeping him from the winner's circle. He finished 15th in the IndyCar series points last year after four straight top-10 finishes. He has two career wins.
