The Oakland Raiders signed cornerback Tracy Porter on Wednesday.

Porter was limited to six games with the Denver Broncos last season due to health issues.

The Indiana product spent four seasons with the New Orleans Saints before playing with the Broncos in 2012. During his time in New Orleans, Porter was tutored by Raiders head coach Dennis Allen, who served as defensive backs coach for the Saints from 2008-10.

The 5-foot-11, 188-pound Porter has 215 tackles, one sack, eight interceptions and 38 passes defensed in 49 career games (43 starts) with the Saints and Broncos. He recorded a 74-yard interception return for a touchdown during New Orleans' victory over the Indianapolis Colts in Super Bowl XLIV.
