UEFA has announced that the ban against PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been reduced, allowing him to play in the first leg of his team's Champions League quarterfinal against Barcelona.

Ibrahimovic was handed a two-match suspension after being sent off in the closing minutes of PSG's 2-1 win against Valencia in February in the round of 16.

The Swede missed the second leg against Valencia, but after an appeal, it was determined by UEFA that he will be eligible to face Barca on April 2 when the two sides square off in Paris for the first leg of their quarterfinal.

With 25 goals in 26 Ligue 1 appearances, Ibrahimovic is by far the leading scorer for PSG, which sits five points clear at the top of the league table.
